We do about 20 different burgers and we do a lot of special burgers as well. We have a secret menu that only VIPs or people that are local know.

I’ve since employed four full-time staff and several casuals, younger kids, which has been really refreshing to have them around. They’re lots of fun and we get to teach them a few life skills and jokes and things.

Most of our produce comes from other local businesses.

Consistently awesome is what we want to be.

The renewal is a small issue at the moment, but I think in the long term, it’s going to be pretty cool for the city. It’s what people want and what they should be looking for in their shopping is experience
